Subscriptions
In order to be eligible for a refund for a subscription, you must not have downloaded subscriber-only content from the ‘start date’ (the time that you took out your subscription).
If you have not logged in or downloaded free content only from your subscriber account, you will be eligible for a refund. This will be processed within five working days of receipt of your request, and it can take up to ten working days for the bank to process the refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method used for the transaction.
Eligibility for refunds is time-limited to 30 calendar days from your purchase date. After this date, we cannot process a refund for a subscription.
If you wish to cancel your subscription (without a refund), you can do this anytime. Please get in touch with our customer support team at [email protected] who will be happy to arrange this for you. Cancellation of your subscription directly with PayPal will result in your subscription ending immediately – please contact us to avoid this happening.
If you selected to renew your annual subscription automatically but subsequently want to cancel it, please contact us within seven working days before your renewal date to cancel the automatic renewal.

Digital products
We can only refund a digital product if it has not been downloaded.
